Broccoli is rich in vitamin K, C, fiber, and many more nutrients that help build collagen, body tissues. Spinach is rich in potassium, magnesium, vitamin B, thus increasing bone health and muscle strength. Potatoes help reduce the cholesterol level in the body while salmon give omega-3 fatty acids. Other ingredients include margarine, onion, garlic, lemon, soya cream, and parsley. To make this delicacy, preheat your oven to 400 Fahrenheit, then parboil the potatoes with its skin for 10 mins. Then you melt your margarine, now stir fry your onion, garlic, white pepper for 3 mins, then add your broccoli and spinach. Then place your stir-fried mixture in the dish, and your salmon, and lemon to it. Peel off the potato skin, grate and add the remaining margarine. Bake for about 30 minutes till the potatoes are brown and crispy.

Pomegranate, Raspberry, and Banana Smoothie

If you want to give yourself a jumpstart and have a great day irrespective of the side of the bed you woke up from. Then you should be cupping this smoothie. Loaded with vitamins that would help you meet your daily requirements. Pomegranate is loaded with vitamins such as C and E, iron. Banana is a great source of vitamin B6, potassium, as well as helps in weight loss. Raspberry on its part has anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. The ingredients needed to make this delicacy are broccoli, salmon, olive oil, chili pepper, brazil nut or almond nut, mixed seeds, and orange. To make this, steam your broccoli and salmon for about 3 minutes, stir fry your onions, chili, seeds and the juice from the orange. Dice your salmon and broccoli, then add the chili mixture. Your delicious meal is ready! For a more filling meal, you can serve with rice or pasta. Enjoy!

Cinnamon And Apple Quinoa Porridge

What better way to start your day than with some apple, cinnamon, and quinoa rush. Apple is the go-to fruit for vitamin A and C as well as antioxidants. Quinoa and cinnamon provide vitamin B, iron, and potassium needed. It’s appealing fruity taste makes it loved by all including kids as well. The ingredients needed are milk, honey, cinnamon, quinoa, apple, raisin, and almond. Heat up the cinnamon and milk, then add the quinoa. Leave it on the heat for about 15 minutes till the milk dries up and ensure that the grains are properly cooked. Then add your honey, chopped apples, raisins, and almonds. Then stir well, till it thickens and all ingredients have become an entity. Your meal is ready to go.

Spinach, Avocado, And Kiwi Salad
