I noticed that many occasional 'bean eaters' complain about stomach issues. I think they are simply unaccustomed to the way legumes should be cooked. It is soaking that makes unfriendly substances pass from grains into water. Cooking legumes until absolute softness is another thing - it helps to deactivate antinutrients. Very usufull cooking tips!
