Pepperoni Stuffed French Bread is the perfect snack, appetizer, or light dinner recipe. Just a few simple ingredients to assemble and in less than 30 minutes, you have warm bread, stuffed with pepperoni and cheese!
Do you ever make something fantastic that is not much of a recipe, but more of a procedure? I do this all of the time. Pepperoni Stuffed French Bread is one such meal. Yes, I called it a meal, because all you need is some marinara (or in my case sauce on my plate from leftover chicken parm) for dipping and maybe a healthy veggie salad, and you are set.
Pepperoni Stuffed French Bread is easy to make, friendly on the budget, and guess what? Your kids will love it! I made what amounted to a 24-inch loaf and my kids fought over the last 2 slices. Nevermind they consumed the whole thing except for the 2 slices I grabbed for my husband and I. Best part, besides the taste, is the fact that Jacob and I made this together. That’s right- this recipe is so easy your kids can do it!
This is very similar to many stuffed bread recipes I have made in that well, it is stuffed. But what I like about this is I am only using a dusting of Parmesan. No butter, and nothing I will regret the next day. I am trying to eat healthier after all. ????
