FACT #2: Studies show that eating two servings per week so can reduce the risk of heart disease by 30-50% and extend lifespans by an average of 2.2 years.

The Seafood Nutrition Partnership is raising heart health awareness with their Heart Health Pledge. The Pledge is a simple commitment to eat seafood twice a week, but there are no specific requirements beyond that.
We’ve signed up and our goal is to have 500 of you take the pledge with us before the end of March. Anyone who signs up will receive a monthly newsletter that includes tips, recipes and encouragement for starting a journey toward a healthier heart. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
