I have an announcement to make: I think I have found my new favorite all-in-one treat. It’s smooth, it’s creamy, it’s healthy and I love it- Plenti Yogurt!

This post was written in partnership with Plenti Yogurt and I am sharing this with you here because I love this new low cost, high nutrition treat!

I found Plenti Yogurt a few weeks ago at my local grocery. I found 5 of the 8 varieties, in fact. I was interested. I was intrigued. After reading the label- I was sold. As a mom to 2 very busy (and hungry) boys I am always on the hunt for healthy snacks and food that 1. I don’t have to make, 2. are portable and packable and 3. give us the most nutritional bang for our buck.

Why buy 3 different ingredients to make 1 snack when I can buy one with everything already in it! Know what I mean?

So I brought home one of each variety of Plenti Yogurt, which is made by Yoplait by the way, for us to try. Jacob and I immediately knew these were going into the rotation. We both love a good parfait and this is about as close as you can come to one without buying all of the ingredients. I am a BIG fan of Yoplait and have been for years. I love how these make many of their products with Indiana milk!

It has a smooth texture for being so packed with ingredients. I like to think of it as a less tangy Greek yogurt loaded with whole grain oats, seeds, real fruit and lots of protein. So for me- this is my ‘the boys are on the bus and I can eat in peace’ snack. For my kids- this is going to be an integral part of their before school breakfast. They need a balance of fiber, carbs and protein to fuel them until lunch time. Hungry kids just don’t think as clearly while in school. At least mine don’t!

I am a fan of Plenti Yogurt and with flavors like strawberry, blueberry, vanilla, black cherry, spiced apple, coconut, raspberry and peach- I know you will find one to love too! Want to know if you can find it in your area? Click HERE to find out!

Not to mention that Plenti Yogurt is a great source of calcium and vitamin d. For me, this is a huge bonus because I have a hard time getting in enough calcium. Yogurt, when not laden with artificial sweeteners and junk, are a great after school or post workout snack. You won’t find any of that bad stuff in Plenti Yogurt.

I'll be looking for this. I've discovered a different Greek yogurt that has oats already in it, & I really like it. The addition of Pumpkin seed and flax takes it up a notch in my book! Hopefully it will come to small town America soon, too...
