We had a snow day today AND my husband took off to Michigan for business. After getting pounded with snow, in late March for that matter, I decided to ease the pain of this yucky weather with these banana chocolate chip cake mix cookies. Nothing quiets your kids faster than giving them a plate of cookies. At least my kids that is.
