Coffee Maker vs French Press…..

I am in the market for a French Press. I had one of the best cups of coffee EVER at the French Lick Resort and it was brewed in a French Press.  I have looked at several over the last several days but I still don’t know which one I want.

I have found several that are fairly reasonable but I cannot narrow it down.

What I want to know is: do YOU have one? Do you like it? Would you recommend it to me?

    I'm all about the French press if it's just me. But, for a large crowd or party, a drip coffee machine is just way easier.

    Hey Jackie, SterlingPro makes a pretty good french press, but it's a little pricy (abut 40 bucks) and it holds 1L. So that's about 4 cups. Not bad for a small party.
