Cheesecake stuffed strawberries are a sweet little treat made with fresh strawberries, sweetened cream cheese, and graham crackers. They come together in a snap and will become your go-to recipe for a quick, easy, no-bake dessert.
On a recent appearance of IndyStyle, I made these delicious no-bake cheesecake stuffed strawberries. I’m super excited to share the recipe with you, because the fresh strawberry season is almost here!
Besides the cheesecake stuffed strawberries, I made a few other recipes with fresh strawberries on that IndyStyle segment, too. First, I showed everyone how to make oven roasted strawberries, then I made a quick and easy strawberry crostini appetizer with bacon, basil, and a balsamic drizzle. Those are so delicious. You will definitely want to stop back later this week for that recipe.
After the crostini, we made these cheesecake stuffed strawberries, and then I finished off the segment with my recipe for fresh strawberry filled sugar cookie cups.
As you can see, the recipe only uses four simple ingredients, and the chances are pretty good that you have almost all of them in your kitchen right now.
I will be sharing the other recipes with you throughout the next week, so be sure to stock up on fresh strawberries on your next trip to the grocery store.
If you are interested, here is the entire IndyStyle segment as it aired on WishTV. If you don’t want to wait for the rest of the delicious fresh strawberry recipes to appear here on my site, you can get them HERE.
In the meantime, here is the cheesecake stuffed strawberries recipe:

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh strawberries, rinsed and dried
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Instructions
- With a paring knife, cut off the top of the strawberry just under the stem.
- Cut around the inside of the strawberry, hollowing it out just a bit to create an area for the filling.
- Cut off a tiny portion of the pointed strawberry tip, so that each strawberry can stand up.
- Stand the strawberries up on a large serving dish.
- In a small bowl, use an electric hand mixer or mixing spatula to beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until fluffy.
- Place mixture in a pastry bag (using any small tip) and pipe filling into each strawberry, adding a little extra above the rim of the berries. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each strawberry before serving, if desired.
