DIY Health and Beauty Link Up

Welcome! Are you a subscriber? Click here to receive my weekly newsletter. Thanks for visiting!

Full disclosure: I am all about saving money where it counts but sometimes I just want to get a pedicure or a paraffin manicure. There is just something about someone else doing all of the work.  But most of the time when I treat myself, like if I have something big coming up, I feel guilty afterwards. So a few months ago when I interviewed Peggy Kotsopolous on ATKS Radio  I vowed to go through her book and make some changes to my health and beauty regimen.

I am happy to report that several of the DIY treatments I used on both Peggy and others advice worked! I only had a few that were ridiculous (like rubbing banana peel on my teeth to whiten them…). Needless to say there is so much out there so I love trying concoctions that have been tested by friends. I don’t mind spending money on treatments that work but I hate spending on treatments that don’t. Let me just add in here that generic tooth whitening kits do not work and sometimes make your stomach hurt…. Read my last post where I share a great recipe for Peggy’s DIY face masque DIY So I want to hear from YOU! What are your beauty secrets? What is your old as time recipe for natural beauty, soft hair and smooth skin? Share your links here and please make sure to link back to this post. http://tinyurl.com/d83leyj Feel free to share as many as you want ???? For more details please click At home nail kits.

I am really loving the theme/design of your site. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility issues? A few of my blog audience have complained about my website not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Firefox. Do you have any recommendations to help fix this problem?
