Easy bread recipes are the way to have fresh, homemade bread without a lot of effort. Today, I’ll share a few of what I think are the best easy bread recipes in my recipe archives.
In more than one blog post, I’ve mentioned that I am a horrible baker, and I’m not ashamed to admit it. I just don’t enjoy baking the way that some people do. I can bake a delicious chocolate cake for a celebration, but you won’t find me getting up at the crack of dawn to make sourdough starter. It’s just not my thing. I’ll stick to making large pots of beans or soup, thank you.
Easy bread recipes don’t necessarily have to be sweet quick breads either. Hearty oats loaf is an example of a quick and easy savory bread recipe.
Without exception, here are my all-time favorite, easy bread recipes:
Rosemary Lemon Bread {No-Knead Recipe}
This bread is almost effortless to make, because it requires no kneading. The dough rises over a long period of time, and then it’s baked in a cast-iron pot, giving it a crispy crust.
