One Bowl Peanut Butter, Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins – This muffin recipe is made in ONE bowl and the ingredients can be swapped out so that you can create any type of muffin you’re craving!
Here’s the deal. I make this muffin recipe at least twice a week. Sometimes I use mini-chocolate chips, sometimes I leave them out. Other times I sub finely chopped apples for bananas- or make these straight up peanut butter. My point is this is a base recipe you can build upon. The best part (besides the taste!) is you make this all in one bowl. One.
When it comes to dirtying up my kitchen- Aint nobody got time for that! (said in my best Sweet Brown voice…). But really- I don’t. And neither do you.
Get all of your ingredients ready, preheat your oven, line your muffin tin with paper liners and get busy. These will be on your table, or in my case- on their way to swim practice, in NO time!
I want to hear from YOU! What is your ‘most used’ recipe in your kitchen? What do you make the most? I want your feedback so please leave me a comment below. I feel all alone here when you don’t leave a comment and all I hear is crickets ????
