It’s time for some easy game day recipes! Baked honey lime Sriracha wings recipe anyone? How about some bacon, green chili, cheddar stuffed bread?

Earlier this week I mentioned that I have a recurring segment on IndyStyle (I am over the moon about it!). The other half of that news is that I will be appearing bi-weekly on Fox59 a well. Friday’s at 9:45 am I will be on with Jim O’Brien in our segment titled: Eating Around Indy. In our inaugural segment I served Baked Honey Lime Sriracha Chicken Wings and Bacon Green Chili Cheddar Stuffed Bread. That is a mouthful. Literally.

Let’s not forget the bread!

These are 2 quick and easy game day recipes that are perfect for tailgating or parties. The sauce on the wings has just the right amount of heat without clearing your sinuses. I skipped the step of parboiling the wings to render a bit more fat out and simply baked them. I took the step of clipping off the wing tip to avoid burning in the oven. You don’t have to do this and as a matter of fact my husband actually likes the wing tips. Use your best judgement here. If you clip- use sharp kitchen shears for best results. In my opinion that is ????

This sauce was created in conjunction with Wayne Shive, creator of Best Boy and Co. We were having a lunch meeting discussing my upcoming segment. He coached me on hot sauce blends and next thing you know we came up with this zesty little number. How perfect is butter, honey, lime, and Sriracha??

Give these easy game day recipes a try and let me know what you think!

Bacon Green Chili Cheddar Stuffed Bread Baked Honey Lime Sriracha Wings

This is not so much a recipe as it is a creation. This is also GREAT with taco seasoning in place of Ranch dressing and taco fillings instead of bacon. Like pizza? The same idea applies. Lots of options here ????
