Get more water !!!! I do this by keeping a water bottle on my desk at work at all times as a reminder to constantly fill it. Also, I keep a "never-ending-glass" going at home as well.

I plan out a whole week of meals, down to a detailed list of what I need. That way I ALWAYS have healthy meals to make, no excuses.

I have two teenage boys and made the conscious decision four years ago to not keep soda in the house. It wasn't easy at first, but now we all drink lots of water.

I prep my meals in advance! Snacks too! I load up snack size bags with chopped veggies so they are easy to grab and go! Plus, I keep the pantry stocked with good stuff, instead of junk. Makes it easier to reach for the healthy things when they are the ONLY things there. :-)

Planning/shopping ahead is key for me to have success in healthy eating. If I don't have something planned, I fall back into bad habits. The water is the hardest for me. I don't dislike it, just don't LIKE it.
