Creamy avocado sauce is a healthy condiment that is delicious over grilled meats or served as a dip. It is also a healthy fat replacement for sour cream!
Part two of my 5 days of Cinco de Mayo recipes…
Talk about a fake-out….use this creamy avocado sauce in lieu of sour cream. You won’t even miss it!
To improve my overall health, I have been making and eating healthier meals. I think eating grilled chicken instead of fried chicken, or baked salmon instead of battered cod are not just better for my health, they taste better, too. This creamy avocado sauce is an easy blender recipe that I use for a sauce over grilled meats, and even as a simple healthy dip for an afternoon snack.
If you make this creamy avocado sauce (and I hope that you will!), please come back and let me know what you think of it!
