Bruschetta Chicken Bake – A 3 ingredient recipe that gets dinner on the table FAST!

3 ingredients is all it takes to make this quick weeknight meal. Chicken breasts (also very good using pork chops), Sabra Bruschetta and Parmesan cheese and BOOM! Dinner is served. Watch this quick video below to see how easy bruschetta chicken bake is to make!


Fresh tomatoes, basil and garlic are the main ingredients for this fresh pack Sabra bruschetta. You can find it in the refrigerated section of your specialty food or produce department. I find it near the Sabra hummus and Greek yogurt dips. It is packed at the peak of freshness and just like the kind I make myself- just without the work!

I served this over cooked pasta but it is also very tasty over cooked rice. Drizzle your plated dish with a bit of balsamic reduction if you have it and you have just created a restaurant quality dish- at home! Why should dinner be expensive and time consuming. Feel good about this healthy meal. The Sabra Bruschetta only has 20 calories per serving!

 

Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Sabra Bruschetta container
  • 1/2 C grated Parmesan
  • cooked pasta, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place chicken in baking dish.
  3. Pour contents of bruschetta over chicken.
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 until chicken is cooked through, about 35 minutes.
  6. Remove, cool and serve over optional pasta.
