It is no secret that I love meatloaf. I have a few that I make on a regular basis.
Tonight we ate at Scholars Inn Gourmet Cafe and Wine Bar. I have never had a bad meal there. I am a little embarrassed to say I have had all (except the fish) of the current dinner entrees and they are all fabulous.
Tonight was no exception. I ordered the Meatloaf over horseradish whipped potatoes with a tomato coulis over the top. Sounds like a mouthfull but each layer had a different taste and together is was a symphony of flavors.
We go here often. The food is exquisite…worth waiting all day for which is what I did today.
