Hot summer days call for cool, crisp glasses of wine. But wait! It seems like every time I take a glass of my favorite Chardonnay outside to enjoy in the sun it gets hot-and quick! I add ice to mine sometimes but it really ruins the taste. I am not one to drink cocktails in the middle of the day-and who wants to lug all of the ingredients for that to a friends house or your next gathering with friends?
I try to have something on hand for my red AND white wine friends. Also, not everyone likes a cocktail. I enjoy one every once in a while as well as a nice craft beer, but for me-my go to is wine. I know more about it than any other beverage, I have toured many a vineyard and watched the production from start to finish and I truly appreciate all of the hard work that goes into that one, good glass of wine.
I recently tried a new product form Turning Leaf that takes wine to a whole new drinkable level. Wine over ice. This may be my new favorite summertime drink. Here are a few things you might not know about Refresh:
