This Gluten Free Turkey Burger Wrap takes a healthy turkey burger, creamy hummus and feta cheese and bundles them in a gluten free spinach wrap!

Some of my favorite eats come to me when I am throwing things together with no particular destination in mind. This turkey burger wrap dinner came to fruition in just this way. I had 1 pound of ground turkey, baby spinach, feta crumbles, some Sabra hummus and my favorite gluten free spinach wraps from Toufayan.

THIS.

Gluten Free Turkey Burger Wrap

This is what you call a flavorful dinner you can feel good about eating. These are the meals I rely heavily on these days because

1. my family will eat them (that means a LOT) AND

2. They fit in my healthier eating plan

That’s all I need, really.

This is a recipe I will show in pictures. Add in flavors that you love- that is the great thing about cooking. There are NO rules.

Well, except for not using spoiled food and cooking meat to a proper temp. (issues…I have issues…)

Gluten Free Turkey Burger Wrap

For 4 very large and stuffed wraps I used:

1 package of Toufayan Savory Spinach Wraps

1 4 oz container of crumbled feta

4-5 oz of baby spinach

2 tsp of dried oregano

salt/fresh black pepper

1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes

Combine all meat and seasonings in a bowl and use your hands to combine.

Roll into palm sized rolls (easier to wrap).

Place in a hot skillet and cook through, rolling and turning in the pan to cook evenly.

Layer your wrap, spinach, hummus (a dollop) and feta on a plate.

Top with a hot burger ‘log’.
