Maybe we can’t get a sitter on Valentine’s Day, maybe we don’t have a special someone to enjoy this Hallmark Holiday with or MAYBE just MAYBE we don’t want to overthink it and just want to share a nice meal with someone in the comforts of our own home. Chances are we fall into one of these categories.
The perfect DIY Valentines Day is~ whatever you are making. Clear off the dining room table, get out the good dishes and make an effort. Your friends, kids, family or special someone will appreciate it.
You may notice that menu lineups tend to focus on chocolate. I love that. But my formula consists of a simple yet decadent dish:
