Cinnamon Glow Winter Warmer #Silkology

When I entertain around holiday time I like to serve a little bit for everyone.  I love the traditional recipes for our favorite food and drinks but I will also stick in something new, just to keep things exciting.  If I am creating a dining experience I want my guests to remember, then I can’t forget to offer a beverage that compliments the meal!

Sure, I like to make the usual seasonal cocktails for the adults, but what about the kids? Sometimes they like to have a festive beverage, a pint-sized version just for them. To simplify things I make this hot drink.  I have a carafe for the adults and one for the kids as well.  This lightly spiced creamy drink is made healthier with the addition of Silk Soymilk instead of whole milk.  With a dash of cinnamon and Angostura bitters* this winter warmer will bring a rosy glow to your cheeks!

*A very insignificant source of alcohol
