When I was at Blissdom I had the opportunity to visit with Hallmark cards in their booth and send a card to my ‘Roommate’ Meggie Foster of Hoosier Farm Babe Tell Tails. Later that day I received a card from a few of the Real Farmwives of America Bloggers that I had met, that literally brought tears to my eyes. I had known these women ,collectively, for about 2 days and in one card they had summed up their feelings and shared it with me.
I spent a bit of time browsing to find the perfect card, and it occurred to me: for every holiday and special event, I always buy my cards from Hallmark. Without fail. I can find what I want there, it is a trusted brand.
Last week, I got a card in the mail from Hallmark and it said ” So Jane, how have you been lately, anything new going on?”
Jane: “Well, don’t you read my blog?”
Perfect. I know exactly 5 people I can send this to who will REALLY get it! It’s funny, in a laugh out loud kind of way ????
