I made this the last week of school.  My kids and I ate it all while standing over the counter after it came out of the oven.  After I took a picture, of course :)

Pull-Apart Pizza Bread

  • 12 oz tube of flaky layers biscuits (the kind you find in the refrigerated section-NOT cookies)
  • 1 Tb olive oil
  • 12 slices of pepperoni, quartered
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ¼ C shredded pizza-blend cheese
  • ¼ C grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 TB Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  1. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Toss pieces with oil and set aside.
  3. In a smaller bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add biscuits and toss well to coat.
  5. Arrange in a Bundt style pan that has been lined with foil and sprayed with a non-stick spray.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden.
  7. Turn bread out of the pan onto a serving dish while still warm.

Do I chop and mix pepperoni in the bowl with the other ingredients or add it to the top after it is in the pan.

Thank you, I added that step. Yes, you quarter the slices :)

This sounds super tasty. I might just have to find myself a bundt pan to make this! (honestly, I don’t have a bundt pan, so shameful!)

What is flaky layers biscuits? Did you mean lemon cream in the middle sort of biscuits from Arnott’s brand? Can I use coffee biscuit or the biscuits that make Tiramisuri?

Did you get my email? I revised this to mention Biscuits NOT cookies :)
