Pull apart pizza bread is a quick and easy pull apart bread recipe from the Gooseberry Patch cookbook, “Garfield…Recipes with Catitude”.
I made this easy pull apart bread during the last week of school. After it came out of the oven, my kids and I ate it all while standing over the counter. After I took a picture, of course. ????
You can see the recipe at the bottom of this post.
But this pull apart pizza bread recipe, and other great recipes, can also be found on the Gooseberry Patch website, HERE.
Making the pizza bread could not be any easier. It starts with a roll of refrigerated biscuit dough. If you want to, you can use biscuit dough made from scratch, too. Although the kids and I ate this for dinner, I think it would make a great game day snack or after school treat, too.
I like that this pizza bread can be customized to use whatever pizza toppings you like. The only requirement is that whatever you use should be completely cooked first. This is because the bread won’t be in the oven long enough to soften up any vegetables you use, and there isn’t enough time to cook sausage or other uncooked meats during the baking time either.
Pizza Party – Featuring Pull Apart Pizza Bread
Our family loves pizza inspired recipes, and I think this pizza bread could be part of a fun pizza night dinner, or even a pizza party. Along with this pull apart pizza bread, you can serve chips with pizza topped hummus for dipping, and some pepperoni pizza rolls. If the dinner needs to be more substantial, make this slow cooker pizza soup recipe to go with the other items.
Let your taste buds guide the way! ????
I hope you like this pull apart pizza bread recipe as much as we do.
