A few weeks ago I was at the Farmers Market in Bloomington, as I am most Saturday mornings, and I watched a demo by 2 of the chef’s at FARMBloomington. I have mentioned before that Farm is one of my favorite restaurants around. The food is uniquely eclectic and I never leave disappointed. Or hungry!
I watched Chef Ian make a tabbouleh that was quick and simple. He handed out samples and the recipe!
